How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

We usually send orders using Royal Mail tracked services where available.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make any changes.

Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, we mainly ship within the UK.

What are wax melts?
Wax melts are scented pieces of wax designed to be used in a wax warmer. As the wax melts, it releases fragrance into your home.

How do I use wax melts?
Place one or two pieces of wax melt into the dish of your wax warmer and allow the scent to gently fill the room.

How long do wax melts last?
This can vary depending on the scent, room size, and warmer used, but most wax melts provide around 55 hours of fragrance.

Are your products handmade?
Yes — our products are handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail.

Are your products highly fragranced?
Yes — we create our products to provide a strong, enjoyable scent throw and help make your home smell beautiful.

Will every product look exactly the same?
Because our products are handmade, colours and appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch. This does not affect their quality or performance.


Safety

How should I use wax melts safely?
Always use wax melts in a suitable wax warmer. Never leave a warmer unattended and always keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Allow the wax to cool before handling.

Do your products include safety information?
Yes — where required, our products include the appropriate safety information on the packaging. Please read all labels before use.


Returns & Problems

Can I return my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Due to the nature of our products, some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will look into it for you as quickly as possible.

What if my parcel is delayed or missing?
Once your order has been dispatched, delays can occasionally happen outside of our control. If your parcel appears to be missing, please get in touch and we will help where we can.
