At Dilecta, we carefully pack every order to make sure it arrives safely and looking lovely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and what to do if something isn’t quite right.

We currently ship to:

Processing times
All orders are processed within [1–3] working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
During busy periods (new launches, sales, Christmas, etc.), processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
UK delivery options & costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Typical delivery options:
48 Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail): £3.55 (estimated [2–4] working days after dispatch)
24 Tracked Delivery: (Royal Mail) £4.45(estimated [1–2] working days after dispatch)
Free shipping:
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £35.
Order tracking
If you choose a tracked service, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times (important note)
Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and can occasionally vary due to factors outside our control (weather, seasonal demand, courier delays, etc.). If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll help.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to:
an incorrect/incomplete address, or
a failed delivery/collection,
we can resend it once it’s returned, but additional postage may apply.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number, and
clear photos of the packaging and items
We’ll sort it as quickly as possible (replacement, refund, or resend depending on the issue).
Wax melt & fragrance product notes
Because our products are handmade and often highly fragranced:
slight variations in colour/design can happen from batch to batch
fragrances can smell different in the packaging vs when warmed (this is normal)
If anything seems genuinely wrong, message us — we’ll always help.
